We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Booking and Scheduling

All service bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated time of arrival. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Payment Terms

Deposit is upfront, balance is due upon completion of services. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards
• Crypto payments
• Other payment methods as specified at time of booking

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide safe access to the premises
• Secure valuables and confidential documents
• Inform us of any special requirements or hazards
• Ensure pets are properly secured during service
• Be present or arrange for access at scheduled times

Liability and Limitations

hitmanForHire is not liable for any damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed as fragile. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns. Clients may cancel ongoing services with proper notice as specified in their service agreement.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
